Mosby Apprenticeship

Our owner, Scott Mosby, is dedicated to doing work right the first time, and strives to have the best people on the job. To honor Scott's commitment to excellence, Mosby Building Arts is proud to offer an apprenticeship program.

What is the Mosby Apprenticeship program?

Mosby Apprenticeship is a program designed to train those interested in a career in construction. Up to five Apprentices will be chosen each year. They will participate in a year-long intensive, on the job training program. After successful completion of the program, each applicant will have the opportunity to apply for a full time position with Mosby Building Arts.

While previous experience is not required, hard work, dedication and a commitment to Mosby values is a must. These values are:

Who can apply?

Age: Must be between the age of 18 - 25 at time of application.

Location: Must live in or have transportation to work in St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.

When should I apply?

Program is open January 1 with rolling admission.

How long is the program?

The training program is one year.

Is previous experience required?

No! That's what we are here for. We will train each Mosby Apprentice to our standards with on-the-job opportunities.

What do the Mosby Apprentices get?

Each apprentice will participate in a year-long training program at Mosby Building Arts. Compensation for the program will be the State’s current minimum wage. In addition, each apprentice will receive a $1,000 completion award at the end of the program.
